East Coast Bays Creche Fundraising Days!
Saturday March 12th & Sunday March 20th
Hi guys! Thank you so much for having me as your chosen photographer for the East Coast Bays Creche fundraiser! It is going to be such a pleasure meeting your wonderful families I'm sure :) My name is Belinda, and I am an award winning (eek!), maternity, newborn and family photographer. I have two young boys myself (5 year old Ash & 3 year old Harry) and I love working with kiddies and capturing some perfect moments while kids are at their best (before they turn into brooding teens ha!). Here is a wee bit of info about what to expect from me as your photographer for the fundraising days. So how does this all work?? Sessions will last 20 minutes but there are 30 minute slots availabe to allow for a few minutes either side. That might feel like its not enough time but in previous experience its actually perfect - its enough to get the kids warming to me but not too long that they lose interest. If you are late to your session we will still have to finish on time to allow for the next family. 
How many photos do we get? 20-30 photos will be delivered for each session, and these will be available via an online gallery approximately 3-4 weeks after your session. Within the gallery images will be available to purchase either as prints/canvas's and/or digital downloads. For just digital files the cost will be $80 (available as a download only), and prints will start at $5. If $100 is spent on prints digital files are included for free. There will be a postage and handling charge for all print orders. Will you be using my images for promotional purposes? A model release will be required to be viewed and signed. No images will be released publicly by myself for promotional services without a signed model release stating as such so please don't be concerned about this if you wish to keep your images private. Please note - there are some later booking times offered heading into the dreaded 'witching' hour. I can assure as an experienced family photographer, most babies/kids cope really well at this time in the evening when they're in a new environment. As long as your kiddies are well fed, and are dressed to the weather they will be fine. However, if you are concerned, please book an earlier time. For what its the worth the light is at its prettiest the closer to sunset we shoot!
Where will these be held? Sessions will be held at Browns Bay Beach, the Northern end close to the cliff top. If its a super bright day I may also be using the shade under the pine trees more towards the middle of the beach. Booking The booking system is automated but you will have the ability to cancel your booking and rebook if required as long as there is space available. If you do need to cancel and have paid your deposit this will not be refunded unless you can find another family to cover it. All deposits are required within 7 days of your invoice otherwise your booking will be opened up to another family.
