Firstly – if you need to get hold of me on the day (or any time before hand!) please call me on 021 733 260. If I don’t answer, don’t leave a message as I’m hopeless at clearing my voice mail and will probably be busy with families but instead flick me a text as I will find that much easier to reply to.

Where will the Photography Days be held?

In conjunction with the creche we have chosen Browns Bay Beach as the location for the fundraiser days.  I will be located at the Northern end of the beach between the cliff top and pine trees.  I'm trying to access a gazebo to have on site but I won't have any signage due to restrictions imposed by Auckland Council so I will be solo with my camera.





​How long will it take before my photos are ready?

I am aiming for all photos to be ready to view within three-four weeks of your allocated day.  They will be available for print orders/file purchases for two weeks once online.  All print orders will be placed at the end of these two weeks and if you miss the order deadline there will be a small fee to reinstate your gallery.

How many images will you be supplying?

20-30 images will be supplied to you in the form of a password protected online gallery.

How long are the sessions?

Each session will be 20 mins with ten minutes either side to allow for paperwork and lateness if required (I struggle to get anywhere on time with my two so I completely get it - trust me!).  The half hour slot is firm and unfortunately I won’t be able to go past the allotted time as this is unfair on the next family.

What do we wear?

​If possible try to wear clothes that compliment each other.  here is a great site that has some excellent tips on what to wear for a family shoot.  Pinterest is also an excellent resource!

What if it is raining?

As most of you will well know Auckland has four seasons in one day no matter what the weather forecast.  However, if the weather is just a bit showery/spitty I will be continuing on but if the weather is too bad to continue I will be sending out a text on the day to advise you.

In conjunction with the club we will organise an alternative day if required.  

What will Belinda Coles Photography be supplying on the day?

I have a very "lifestyle" approach to my photography – most shots will be of you as parents interacting with your children/babies.  I will however have a picnic rug to sit on but please feel free to bring anything along that you would like to incorporate.


What is the “Paperwork”?

All families will be required to sign a very brief contract.  This contract outlines the expectations of me as a photographer, but also allows you to inform me of your wishes when it comes to sharing your images.  I currently have a website, Facebook and Instagram accounts all of which are used to promote my work to future potential clients.  However, I never post any photos without your permission so this is merely something for me to refer back to later on as to whose images I am allowed to share.
How much are the files/prints?

All digital files (in download format only) $80

or

Digital files will be free when $100 or more has been spent on prints*

*$100 spend is exclusive of shipping costs.  There will be a shipping charge of between $3 & $15 depending on the items purchased.
